Please note that all persons intending to attend the Summit must register, including speakers, contributing authors, and session chairs.

Please download and complete the Speaker Registration Form and return with FULL payment of registration fees (if applicable).

ENTITLEMENTS

Speakers/Session Chairs

Speakers are not required to pay a registration fee and will receive the entitlements of a Delegate but are still required to register for the Summit on the Speaker Registration Form.

Delegates (Secondary Authors/Students)

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

Attendance at all sessions;
All official documentation including conference program,
abstract book, proceedings on CD-ROM and list of delegates;
Welcome Cocktails;
The 2004 Adult Gala Dinner;
Morning and Afternoon Teas;
Lunches;
Satchel.

Social Program only: Accompanying Persons

The registered accompanying persons are invited to attend the Welcome Cocktails and the 2004 Adult Gala Dinner, which are an integral part of the 2004 Adult Business Summit. The registration fee entitles Accompanying Persons to attend both events.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment can be made by credit card. MasterCard, Visa, and Bankcard are the credit cards accepted at the Summit. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque, payable to "Queensland Adult Business Association Inc"

Registration and payments will be acknowledge in writing, by email or letter, which will include confirmation of all details according to the completed registration form available.

Registrations will not be confirmed until FULL payment is received.

Delegates will not receive any further publications prior to the conference.
