TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR EXHIBITORS
AT THE 2004 ADULT BUSINESS SUMMIT
CONTRACT FOR SPACE
The receipt of your signed/emailed application to exhibit, accompanied by full payment will constitute a reservation for booth space. All approved applications will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis. Once allotted space has been filled, a waiting list will be maintained with space assigned if it becomes available or in the event of a cancellation.
EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors must comply with the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre's Guidelines for Event Organisers, Exhibitors and Event Organisers.

All exhibitors must comply with the following additional requirements, as the exhibition area is accessible by members of the general public:
Exhibitors are not to display or provide access to X rated
products which are unlawful in Queensland; and
access to them by persons under 18.
