BOOK YOUR BOOTH

There are a limited number of booth spaces available for the display of products and/or services relevant to the businesses involved in the Summit. Booth space is for all approved applications and is allocated, upon receipt of full payment, on a first in, first serve basis.

The Exhibit Booth registration fee entitles Exhibitors to:

2 Ordinary Delegate tickets; and

A Booth including the following:

Dimensions of 3m x 3m;

The latest booth construction equipment with a brushed
   aluminium framing and front runner material on the walls in
   Pacific green and 2.4m in height;

Fascia design with royal blue 8cm vinyl cut out letters on
   polypropylene fascia. 25 characters maximum per booth
   inclusive;

At an additional cost (POA), your company logo can be
   incorporated with state of the art computerised design
   making facilities, providing you with quality exposure
   in the exhibition;

2 spotlights per booth. The track lighting has been
   specifically selected to reduce visible cable and connections;

1 single power point (4 amps, 240 volts). [Note: Care will be
   taken to minimise exposed cable within the booths]; and

1 clothed and skirted trestle table with 2 chairs.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment can be made by credit card. MasterCard, Visa, and Bankcard are the credit cards accepted at the Summit. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque, payable to "Queensland Adult Business Association Inc"

Registration and payments will be acknowledged in writing, by email or letter, which will include confirmation of all details according to the completed registration form available.

Registrations will not be confirmed until FULL payment is received.
